I have worked at the club for 3 years and very much enjoy working with everyone, both staff and members.

What inspires you?

Seeing people change their lives through exercise and come to love it as much as myself.

What do you do at Active4Less?

Personal trainer providing one to one sessions and I instruct a variety of classes. I also hold a GP referral certificate, specialise in weight and diabetes management and am currently working towards a leisure management qualification and training to become a P.S.I instructor working with older adults.

What makes you smile?

For myself exercise and in others seeing people try their hardest.

Favourite holiday destination?

Somewhere hot with a good gym!

What's your favourite food?

Salad and sweeties!

Your perfect day?

Up early about 4am, do my usual Ab workout, come to the gym and run, see a client or take a class then home for a long bath!

Running, Boxing and core/Pilates

Men’s bitten finger nails.
Slow drivers.

How do you motivate yourself?

By remembering the old me (very fat), thoughts of who I might be in the future and how I will probably end up as being! My motto – there’s plenty of time for rest when you are dead!!
